Alarm.com is excited to present three new builder solutions at IBS 2023:

Self-guided home tours offer home shoppers flexibility to tour a home on their own time and Alarm.com is excited to collaborate with industry leader UTour™ to help builders increase walk-through traffic and reduce a home’s time on the market. Alarm.com Community Management services with Model Home Activity Analytics, allows builders to stay in the know about activity across model homes and vacant properties and includes security features and energy savings at no cost, and without the need for Wi-Fi. Also, Alarm.com Energy Services BluePrint helps builders create solar-ready, EV-ready, and battery-ready homes. The program includes suggested rough-ins for future solar panels, EV charging stations, and exterior generators, as well as best practice suggestions for production builders and a smart utility panel. The program is designed to help builders take advantage of the growing demand for renewable energy solutions while differentiating themselves from the resale market and educating consumers on energy services.
